On UK orders of £100 (net value) or more, goods are dispatched free of charge by first class post, normally within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

On UK orders under £100 (net value):

• Despatched by first class post, postage charges will depend upon the product purchased as weights differ please refer to individual products for postage and packing costs which will be charged to your total order and you can expect delivery in up to 5 working days.
• European/Eire orders: 10% will be added per order. Other parts of the world: 25% will be added per order.

We always aim to have all our products in Stock at all times. You will be notified by email when you place an order if there are any delays or products that are out of stock. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you.

Amatsuhealth products are not available on a sale or return basis. Refunds or replacements will only be given on damaged products, and this should be reported within 3 weeks of the purchase date.
